Increasing demand due to the aging population and the lack of supply, combined with continuous backing of the sector by public policy support the long-term prospects of this niche real estate market . Investments in this sector offer above average returns, supported by stable and long-term cash flows. The focus of our collaboration will be in marketing Eurocare IV, launch planned for Q2 23.
